Performance of Top 5 Theme Parks Apps on Unified Platform in Ireland Q3 2023

Throughout the third quarter of 2023, the top five theme park apps in Ireland displayed varied performance trends on a unified platform, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Disneyland® Paris experienced a steady rise in weekly active users, reaching a peak of about 3K in the final week of September. Weekly downloads fluctuated, starting at 1.3K and ending the quarter with an uptick to approximately 1.5K. Revenue saw modest peaks, particularly around mid-July and early September, with highs of roughly $25 and $14, respectively.

Port Aventura maintained a consistent presence in the market, with weekly downloads ranging from about 900 at the start of the quarter to a low of 336 in mid-September, before slightly recovering to 410 by the end of the month. Active users showed a gradual decrease, from 1.1K in late June to around 681 in late September.

LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort saw its weekly downloads dip significantly, from an early high of 385 in early August to just 95 by the end of September. Active users mirrored this trend, peaking at about 506 in early August but dropping to 289 by the end of the quarter.

Universal Orlando Resort had stable weekly downloads, starting at 291 in late June and closing the quarter at 166. Active users remained relatively steady, fluctuating slightly around the 900 mark throughout the period.

My Disney Experience showed significant revenue spikes, particularly in late July with a peak of $206 and again in early September with $196. Weekly downloads remained stable, fluctuating between 160 and 223. Active users held steady around the mid-300s, showcasing consistent user engagement.
